Canada-Wide Shipping
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada via Canada Post and FedEx/UPS. Flat-rate shipping applies regardless of order size or weight.
Orders are shipped after proof approval and production completion. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order ships.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Shipping time is separate from production time. Your total wait time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Example: Standard 5–7 day production + Canada Post 3–7 days = 8–14 business days total.
For fastest delivery, choose Express production + Courier shipping.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@nexacustoms.ca with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a reprint or refund.
Nexa Customs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after handoff to the carrier, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
