Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom or large-format printing orders may require additional time depending on design approval and production volume. If your order requires extra time, we will notify you by email or phone.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Local Delivery or Pick-Up (if available): Same day or next business day
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Some oversized or heavy items (such as banners, signs, or specialty prints) may incur additional fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Nexa Customs Inc. is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to open an investigation. Replacement or refund decisions will be made after the carrier’s review.
Returns & Exchanges
Some customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
For eligible items, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
